We're so sorry about that! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to report any damaged items. You can solve this immediately through our self-serve Delivery Help hub right on the Delivered page. To get started, click on Orders on the top right of your screen to select the order you need help with, then click NEED HELP? and follow the steps below.
1. Click Damaged item(s).
2. Select the item(s) that arrived damaged and click NEXT.
3. You'll be prompted to either choose to receive credit in your account or contact our customer care team.
4. If the applied credit option works for you, you're all set. If you choose to send a message to our team instead, or if more than 3 items were damaged, we'll be sure to get back to you as quickly as possible.
If you’re on our app, click on the Orders icon at the bottom, select Delivered, then select Help beneath the order you need assistance with. From there, you can follow the same instructions as above.
If you’re on mobile browser, click on the order you need help with under Past Orders, and click Need Help. You can then follow the same instructions as above.
