If you’d like to cancel your subscription before the first box processes, or if you’d like to receive your first box at a later date, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team and we’ll be able to help!
After your first box processes, you’ll be able to manage all future deliveries before they process from the Plan Details section of your Account Settings page.
Please note our weekly cut-off is at noon ET every Thursday. Any changes, including canceling your first delivery, must be made by this time on the Thursday before your delivery day.
