We're sorry to hear that your delivery didn't arrive on time. Occasionally, deliveries may arrive late or early due to carrier delays or volume. Most carriers will indicate the reason for the delay on your tracking page. Unfortunately, sometimes there are delivery issues that are beyond our control—like bad weather or if a truck breaks down.
If your delivery didn't arrive on your preferred delivery day, and you haven't heard from us or your tracking page doesn't provide enough information, get in touch with us here.
If your tracking page notes that your package has been damaged or is unable to be delivered, get in touch with us here. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can!
Boxes are packed for transit, and should still arrive cool and fresh, but if any items marked KEEP REFRIGERATED feel warm to the touch, please see more guidance here or reach out to our Customer Care team for help. If any seafood in your delivery feels warm to the touch, please dispose of it immediately and contact our Customer Care team here.
