Earlier this month, our fulfillment partner unexpectedly shut down operations and we have been in the process of transitioning to our new partner as quickly as possible. We are working hard to get things up and running but unfortunately have not been able to ship to the West Coast for the past two weeks. We are unable to deliver shipments for the week of July 30th as well and have updated our West Coast customers to let them know.
We know how frustrating this is for our customers—and we too are disappointed that we can't deliver Hungryroot to the West Coast next week. The good news is that we're working as fast as we can to make this a smooth and successful transition, and feel confident that the quality of boxes will improve once this change has been made.
