We know that you have different dietary needs and wants, which is why we encourage you to set your preferences around the types of food you want to see and receive. We currently allow you to select: Dairy-Free, Peanut-free, Tree Nut-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Soy-free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Shellfish-free and Gluten-free.
When you set your preferences, we know to never show or send you anything with those ingredients in them. For example, if you select Nut-free, you'll never see any items with nuts, or receive them in your weekly deliveries.
You can also build a food profile by letting us know how often you’d like to receive something: never, sometimes, or often. Foods you mark as never won’t ever show up in your future deliveries, but if you change your mind you can always return to the preferences page to give it a new rating.
Please note: Everything you see on the Foods page or the Preferences page is not available every single week. We show you all of these items so you can set your preferences without having to check in each week. Our item availability rotates weekly and seasonally to make sure your box is varied, so the selection you'll see in your box or on your Customize page will be smaller. This means that if you set too many items to Never, we may not be able to fill your box. If there's ever a week where your nevers outweigh what's available, we may have to put an item you've marked never into your box. You can always customize these items out before processing at 12 pm ET (9 am PT) on Thursday.
Remember, changes made to your Preferences will reset any customization you've made in your box. Be sure to customize your box after setting your Preferences.
