We know that you have different dietary needs and tastes, which is why we encourage you to set preferences for the types of food you want to see and receive.
Currently, you can select from the following dietary needs: dairy-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free, egg-free, soy-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, shellfish-free and gluten-free.
When you set your dietary needs, we'll know to never show or send you anything that doesn't work for you. For example, if you select vegan, you'll only see options that work for a vegan diet.
It's important to note that we don’t exclude items that are processed in the same facilities that handle an allergen but, all of our vendors and facilities follow strict allergen management practices. If you'd like to check if a product marked allergen-free is processed in the same facility with that allergen, you can click on the item's photo in your Food Profile for more info.
You can also build your Food Profile and preferences by letting us know how often you’d like to receive something. Items you mark as Never won’t ever show up in your future deliveries, but if you change your mind, you can always return to your Food Profile to give it a new rating. You can also tell us what types of recipes you'd like to receive more of.
Like any other grocery store, our item availability rotates weekly and seasonally to bring you lots of variety. This might mean that if you set a significant number of items to Never, we may not always be able to fill your delivery. In this case, we suggest editing your delivery to choose exactly what you'd like to receive that week.
Remember, any changes made to your preferences will reset any delivery edits you've made. Be sure to re-edit your delivery after updating your preferences.
As always, all changes to your upcoming delivery must be made before noon ET (9am PT) the Thursday before that delivery. If you have any other questions, let us know!
