Unfortunately, due to inventory limitations and the shipping requirements for fresh food (such as ice and other packaging), we're unable to send replacements or offer exchanges. If you're unhappy with an item in your delivery, let our Customer Care team know or mark it as "Never" in your Food Profile and we'll ensure you don't receive it in the future.
