Great question! Your Food Profile contains all of the important info about you and the way you eat. It’s what helps us get your cart started every week and make sure your fridge is filled with only the items that suit your needs and tastebuds.
In your Food Profile you can:
- set your Dietary Needs (we’ll make sure to never show or send you anything that doesn’t meet those needs)
- set your Protein Preferences (we’ll suggest more items based on what you’re interested in)
- set your Heat Tolerance (we’ll make sure to not show or send you anything that’s above your preferred heat level)
- set your Taste For Adventure (we’ll suggest more items based on what you’re interested in)
- set your Recipe Preferences (we’ll suggest more recipes based on what you’re interested in)
- set your grocery frequency (whether you’d like to receive an item as often as possible, sometimes, or not at all)
