If you're new and want to cancel or change your first order before it’s finalized, click here to contact Customer Care.
Important: Make any changes before 7pm ET (4pm PT) on the Monday or Thursday before your next delivery. To see when your next order will be finalized, go to My Hungryroot.
App + Mobile browser:
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom.
- Choose Account Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Account Details.
- Tap Cancel Account.
- On the next screen, tap Continue to Cancel.
- Pick a reason for canceling, then tap Continue to Cancel again.
- On the next page, choose a more specific reason, then tap Continue to Cancel.
- You can leave feedback or tap Continue to Cancel one last time to finish.
You'll get an email to confirm your cancellation.
Desktop:
- Click your name at the top right, then click Settings.
- Scroll down and click Account Details.
- Click Cancel Account.
- On the next screen, click Continue to Cancel.
- Pick a reason for canceling, then click Continue to Cancel again.
- Choose a more detailed reason on the next page, then click Continue to Cancel.
- You can share feedback or just click Continue to Cancel to finish.
You’ll get an email confirmation when you're done.
