*All changes must be made before 7pm ET (4pm PT) the Monday or Thursday before your upcoming delivery. To see what day your next delivery will be finalized, head to My Hungryroot.
If you’d just like to skip a delivery (or deliveries), you can head to Delivery Schedule in your Account Settings. Or, if you'd rather pause your subscription for 4 to 8 weeks, learn how here.
App + Mobile browser:
1. Click on the Profile icon at the bottom.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Scroll down and click Account Details to expand it.
4. Click Cancel Account.
5. On the Hold Menu, click CONTINUE TO CANCEL.
6. Select a cancel reason and then click CONTINUE TO CANCEL.
7. You'll be prompted to select a more detailed reason on the following page, then click Continue to Cancel.
8. Share your feedback on the last step here or just click CONTINUE TO CANCEL to complete.
Desktop:
1. Click your name on the top right of your screen, then click Settings
2. Scroll down and click Account Details to expand it
3. Click Cancel Account
4. On the Hold Menu, click Continue to Cancel
5. Select a cancel reason and then click Continue to Cancel
6. You'll be prompted to select a more detailed reason on the following page, then click Continue to Cancel
7. Share your feedback on the last step here or just click Continue to Cancel to complete
Once you've successfully cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation.
