All changes must be made before noon ET (9 am PT) on the Thursday before your upcoming delivery.

You can cancel your subscription by following the steps below:
- Go to Account then click Settings at the top right corner of your screen
- Scroll to the bottom where it says Account Details and click to expand it
- Click Cancel Account
- On the Hold Menu, click Continue to Cancel
- Select a cancel reason and then click Continue to Cancel
- You'll be prompted to select a more detailed reason on the following page, then click Continue to Cancel
- You can add any feedback on the last step here or just click Continue to Cancel to complete
Once you've successfully cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation.
When you're ready to subscribe again, you can simply log into your account and click Resume Deliveries!
