Any credits issued to your account by a Customer Care team member expire after 90 days of being issued, and are forfeited if you decide to cancel your subscription, as is laid out in our Terms and Conditions.
When you hit the 90-day mark, we'll send you an email to let you know your credits are expiring. You have 7 days from the time we send that email to redeem your credits on your next Hungryroot delivery.
You can check to see any active credits on your account in your Settings page under Payment Details.
