In your Food Profile, you can set dietary needs like Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Carb Conscious, or Less Sugar - we won’t show or send you anything that doesn’t meet those needs.
You can also choose your preferences for things like Recipes, Proteins, Snacks, Sweets, Breakfast Foods, and Flavor—including how much heat or spice you like. These choices help us recommend more items you might enjoy.
Finally, you can tell us how often you’d like to receive certain grocery items, or choose not to receive them at all. The more details you provide, the more personalized your Hungryroot experience will be.
