While we do not recommend freezing as the best storage option, all foods can be frozen for up to 3 months. If you do choose to freeze your items, we'd recommend either cooking the recipe and allowing it to fully cool before freezing it, or blanching the fresh cut vegetables before freezing (not doing so will result in mushy, poor tasting veggies once thawed).
Upon thawing the sauces, you may see some separation which is completely normal. Stir thoroughly before use. We also advise to always thaw the frozen food in the refrigerator, not on the counter or in the microwave.
Be sure to check the Best If Used By date of the sauces (printed on the packaging). All of our foods are guaranteed fresh in the refrigerator for at least 5 days, and upon opening our sauces, they should be consumed within 7 days.
