We base our nutrition facts on the exact amounts of ingredients listed in the recipe.
For example, if a recipe uses 2 chicken sausages, 4 tablespoons of sauce, and 1 pouch of brown rice quinoa, we use those exact amounts to figure out the nutrition.
If a recipe gives a range of an ingredient (like 2–4 tablespoons of sauce), we use the highest amount to show the most calories you might get.
We round calorie numbers up to the nearest ten to keep it simple. So if a serving has 196 calories, we round it up to 200.
