Family Meals recipes make it easy to cook for everyone without making separate meals. Each recipe uses many of the same ingredients to make two similar dishes - one for you and one that kids will enjoy too.
Each recipe makes four servings, with two servings of each dish. For example, the Family-Size Roasted or "Chicken" Tenders with Broccoli + Rice includes:
- 2 servings of roasted chicken
- 2 servings of plant-based chicken tenders
- 4 servings of broccoli and rice
