Our nutrition information is based on the exact quantities of each ingredient listed in the recipe's cooking instructions. For example, if a recipe calls for 2 chicken sausages, 4 tablespoons of sauce, and 1 pouch of brown rice quinoa, we use these exact amounts in our calculations.
When calculating nutrition for recipes, we use the highest amount in specified ingredient ranges (e.g., 2-4 tablespoons of sauce) to reflect maximum calorie intake. Each recipe is portioned for two servings, with calorie counts rounded up to the nearest ten for simplicity. For example, 196 calories per serving would round up to 200 calories.
