While most deliveries arrive on time, delays can happen due to weather, truck, or carrier issues.
If your box hasn’t shown up on your preferred delivery day, you haven’t heard from us, or your tracking page isn’t helpful, we’re here to help.
Here's what to do:
1. Go to Orders and tap the green TRACK button to track your delivery.
2. Wait for the end of the delivery window (8 AM–9 PM)
Still no box by 9 PM or tracking is stuck? Contact us via text at 855-222-5704
If it arrives warm: See what to check before throwing out items.
