Sometimes, the order slip can get stuck between items or under the box lining. Double-check your box to see if that happened this time.
If you still can’t find your order slip, you can always see a digital copy on My Homepage by following these steps:
App:
Click the Profile icon at the bottom right of the screen. Tap Order History and scroll to locate the order you want to view. Click the link that says ‘Order Slip.’
Desktop or Mobile Browser:
Click on Account in the top right corner of the screen, then tap Order History. Scroll to locate the order you want to view and click the link that says ‘Order Slip.’
