We're so sorry about that! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to report any spoiled items. You can solve this immediately through our self-serve Delivery Help hub. To get started, click “Orders” on the top right of your screen. From there, click “Delivered,” then select “Help” beneath the order you need assistance with.
Web:
1. Click Spoiled item(s).
2. Select the item(s) that arrived spoiled and click NEXT.
3. You'll be prompted to either choose to receive credit in your account or contact our customer care team.
4. If the applied credit option works for you, you're all set. If you choose to send a message to our team instead, or if more than 3 items were spoiled, we'll be sure to get back to you as quickly as possible.
App + Mobile browser:
Click on the “Orders” icon at the bottom. From there, select “Delivered,” then select “Help” beneath the order you need assistance with. From here, you can follow the same instructions as above.
*Please note that you can go through self-serve only once for the most recent delivery. If you have multiple issues with your delivery, please contact us here.
